No asterisks. This is the scope of the engagement — anything outside it gets quoted separately rather than quietly absorbed.
Every existing number moved across, including main lines and DDIs, coordinated with your current provider so nothing goes dark.
The menus, routing and hunt groups your business runs on, rebuilt in Teams and documented so you can change them yourself.
Headsets, desk phones and meeting room hardware where they're genuinely needed — and softphone-only where they aren't.
The old system taken out of service and the line rental cancelled, which is where most of the saving actually comes from.
The point of the work, stated as what's different afterwards rather than what we did.
Calls follow the person, not the desk — office, home, or a client site.
Usually the single largest saving in the whole engagement.
Instead of a support ticket with your telecoms provider and a two-week wait.
Set your headcount, pick the options you need, and see what it costs. No account, no card — you'll get a firm proposal from a human.
You move between bands automatically as your headcount changes — there's no renegotiation and no penalty for growing mid-term.

Yes. Porting is standard and we manage it end to end with your current provider. It typically takes two to four weeks, which we plan around rather than wait for.
Most people don't need one at all — a headset and the Teams app covers it. We usually recommend desk phones only for reception and shared spaces.
